Situated on the Elzenlaan 22, 1865 BM in the dutch coastal town of Bergen aan Zee. Freestanding villa, directly across from the "Engelse Park" and 800 meters (0.5 miles) from the beach. Suitable for 5 to 6 persons. Dogs are welcome.

Ground floor:
Entry hall, toilet with a faucet, spacious living room with a dining- and sitting corner, luxurious kitchen including a furnace with 5 burners, oven, refrigerator, microwave and a tv / sittingcorner with a wood fireplace. Seperate room with a dishwasher.

Second floor:
Two bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a third bedroom with a twin bed ( 4.6ft x 6.6ft ). Two bedrooms have a fountain in the room. Seperate bathroom with shower, fountain, toilet, laundry machine and dryer.

Extra:
Childrens highchair, play pen, foldable baby crib. Blankets and comforter ( 7x7ft ). Linens for renters staying longer then 2 weeks, provided the linens are left behind clean. Radio, CDplayer and WIFI internet available.
Sheltered terrace with garden furniture. Private parking on driveway.

Rental prices from 2022:
Rent for the villa is per week, from saturday to saturday
Additional cleaning costs are 60,- euro.

Midseason: 850 euro/week.

High season: 1000 euro/week.
